Return & Exchange Policy
At Tongolele by JC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policies below:
1. White Clothing
• All sales of white clothing are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Accessories & Handbags
• Accessories and handbags are final sale items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. Sale, Clearance, and Seasonal Merchandise
• Items purchased on sale, clearance, or seasonal promotions are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Eligible Returns
• Items eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Returns Instructions: Please note that returns must be sent to a different address than our store location. To coordinate your return, please contact us at 787-209-4604.
5. Store Credit
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
• Store credit must be used within 2 months from the date of issue.
6. Puerto Rico & U.S. Compliance
• All of our store policies comply with the consumer protection regulations of Puerto Rico and the United States.
• All sales and transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.
